Our culinary team is trained and ready to make your on-grounds dining experience in our beautiful lakeside dining room unforgettable. Complete with our state-of-the-art 750-seat auditorium and full inventory of audio-visual equipment, GLM provides the best in conferences and retreats.

Gull Lake Ministries’ main dining room is complete with a fireplace and dozens of windows, making the lake the focal point of this lovely room. However, it's the cuisine that will truly make your dining experience great!
Our breakfast buffets include a wide variety of hot and cold items to please any palate. Lunch and dinner buffets include multiple entrée choices, vegetable and side dish selections, bread and butter, an extensive salad bar, and a tempting dessert. Meals are served at 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. Custom meal packages are available upon request. For your convenience, meals at Gull Lake Ministries are chef's choice and served buffet-style.
Conveniently located near our meeting and dining spaces are complimentary beverage stations complete with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, lemonade and assorted sodas, which are available from 8:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. daily.
