Family Camp Reservations in Three Easy Steps

Step 1: Select Your Week

Check out our Speakers & Missions page to find out who will be speaking this summer and choose from nine great weeks the one that best fits your calendar!

Step 2: Select Accommodations

Check out our Interactive Map and Virtual Tours to view photos and details of the various accommodations at GLM, ranging from hotel rooms, to traditional lake cottages, and luxury resort homes. Download our 2013 Rate Guide for all pricing, including accommodations, meal package costs, and additional amenities. Finally, check our 2013 Accommodations Availability to choose your housing for the week (you will need Adobe Reader to view this document- download for free here).

Please Note: Reservation requests can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  However, our Accommodations Availability pdf is updated only during regular business hours (M - F, 9am - 5pm). Reservation requests are taken on a first come, first served basis.

Step 3: Request Reservation

Gather all of the information you will need to request your reservation. We want to be prepared to serve you extravagantly!
Reservations Checklist

  • First and second accommodations choice for the desired week.
  • Full name, address, phone number, and email address for the Rateholder (person making the reservation) and the head of each family. The Rateholder is solely responsible for payment in full.
  • Full name and gender of everyone in your party. Date of birth and grade (fall following Family Camp) of each child in your party to place them in a small group with their counselor and new friends of like age and gender.
  • Deposit of 40% of the accommodations price reserves your housing for the selected week. Remaining balance, including meal costs, is due two weeks prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, change of week, or accommodations downgrade, your full deposit will be forfeited. If GLM is able to re-rent your original accommodations, you will incur a $100 fee and your remaining deposit will be refunded.
