Memorial Day Weekend, May 25-28, 2012

John & Melanie DeKruyter

Expect a very interactive learning experience as you engage in the Scriptures with John and Melanie DeKruyter. John and Melanie have studied extensively under Ray VanderLaan including two study tours to Israel and Turkey. Continued study led them to live and study in Israel where they both earned Master's degrees from Jerusalem University College in Biblical History and Historical Geography. The land was their classroom as they studied under world renowned archeologists, historians and contemporary scholars.

The weekend will include live teaching, joining Ray VanderLaan 'on location' via recorded lessons, and coming together to experience the sacred worship Jesus and His community knew. By experiencing Jesus' first-century world and faith traditions, you and your family will better understand what Jesus came to do and what Jesus instructs us to do in His name.

Carl Kerby is a founding board member of Answers in Genesis and served there for over 15 years before stepping out in faith to become president and founder of Reasons for Hope, Inc. Carl’s passion is to proclaim the authority and accuracy of the Bible and to engage the minds and hearts of believers and unbelievers, so that they may experience the realities of the Word of God in today’s culture.
